# Angus Center

Angus Center is the Central hub of all operations. It has a GUI web application (https://app.angusnext.io), where the whole integration could be managed and maintained by DevOps operators. The Center's main responsibilities are the followings:

• administrate HLF operations such as channel join, chaincode upgrade
• manages organisations within the consortium
• control user and account management
• certificate management, IAMs
• externally hosted: automatic updates/fixes, SLA guaranties
